Ararat.  More than that\, see what the biblical account actually has to say about the flood and the nature of it.  Secular geologists have come to ridicule the biblical narrative of the flood\, and for good reason:  if true\, then the whole foundation of the evolutionary interpretation of the fossil record\, and the geological evidence for millions or even billions of years\, is overturned.\n\n\n	Presenter: David Larsen\, BA in Biblical Literature & Physics\, MS Div\n\n\n\n	BIO:\n\n\n	David Larsen graduated from Oral Roberts University in 1977 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biblical Literature and a minor in physics. It was during his time there that God began to give him a passion for the truth of Creation\, both on the scientific level and in the Scriptures. It was in 1973 that David first became aware of\, and interested in\, the search for Noah's Ark\, though\, in retrospect\, he realized it was something God had planted deep within him long before this. After matriculating at ORU\, David spent two years as a graduate assistant in the physics department at the University of Arkansas. While there he taught Astronomy labs and was able to present many aspects of the truth of creation to his Astronomy students. Feeling led to attend seminary\, he eventually moved to California and graduated from Fuller Theological Seminary in 1982. Deciding against full-time "ministry\," he began teaching high school math and physics. He continually used his background and his passion for truth to present his students with science evidence in support of creation\, and he began to see some of them led into a relationship with Jesus Christ.

In other words\, death either came before sin\, in the old-earth interpretation\, or death came after sin\, when Adam and Eve disobeyed in the Garden of Eden\, in the young-earth history given in Genesis. Jim emphasizes this question whenever he presents. He is the Resident Geologist for AzOSA.  He also is working for a company that does remediation of hazardous materials sites around Arizona.  Jim has a variety of geological presentations that include these biblical principles.\n \n\n
