Summary:
Dr. Martin wrote his master’s thesis at Dallas Theological Seminary on this topic back in 1983/84. Often called “The New Spirituality,” there remains a continued increase in interest into this deceptive belief system even in the Church. New Age lies are being supported and subliminally spread by the media, entertainment, Hollywood, our public education systems, etc. Our world’s growing interest in Globalism is fueled through proponents and supporters of the New Age Movement. This talk will not only point out the increasing lies that the New Spirituality has led the Church into, but will challenge Believers to know Scriptures in a way that they can counter deception
Presenter: Dr. Jobe Martin
Jobe Martin graduated from the University of Pittsburgh Dental School, spent 2 years in the Air Force as dentist for the Presidential flight crews of Air Force One. After receiving his Masters in Theology, he founded Biblical Discipleship Ministries which focuses primarily on family discipleship, creation, and biblical discernment.
