AzOSA at Tucson Festival of Books – Update

Thank you to everyone who came out to help and support AzOSA at the Tucson Festival of Books. Despite the poor weather on Saturday we had a number of meaningful conversations and successful sales. The weather on Sunday was much more cooperative and fruitful. We almost always had a couple visitors or more at the booth and many people thanked us for being there. 

Naturally we had a number of scoffers. They would often make a quick comment and dart off, presumably afraid to have a meaningful discussion. For the most part people opposed to or unfamiliar with our interpretation of the evidence were surprised at the quantity and quality of resources available. 

All things considered, AzOSA’s first venture into the Tucson festival of Books was a success.

Our biggest failure was getting a good photo of the booth. The pictures below were taken at the very end of the festival after we began breaking down the booth. If anyone happens to have a better photo, please contact us at webmaster@azosa.org
