Creation Science in the Writing World

March 25 @ 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm

Summary:

This talk covers scientific principles given to us in the first eleven plus chapters of Genesis. Next the writing process is covered. This involves first doing the background research first, creating the story line, which involves weaving together the fictional and historical characters, and going back to do more research to fill in the gaps. Editing by people who know grammar, punctuation, spelling, and technical information is essential to finish the process. Of course, dealing with the publisher is always fun as well.

Presenter: Willow Dressel

AA in Biology, Sanford College, Florida, BS in Wildlife Biology, NMSU. Willow worked briefly for the Army Corp of Engineers and United States Forrest Service, then as a wildlife biologist for 15 years for the Bureau of Land Management, and a zookeeper, becoming a published author in 2015. She has spoken on creation science and writing in various churches, libraries, youth groups and small groups in the states of Ohio, Nevada, California, and Arizona.
