Summary:
God or Goo? A This session is a fun introduction to the overall topic of Creation/Evolution. We will distinguish between the two competing worldviews that seek to explain our origin: the Biblical Worldview and the Evolutionary Worldview. We will see how both worldviews are ultimately faith-based.

Growing up, I experienced two very different worlds. As a pastor’s child, I was exposed to a Biblical understanding of the world and chose to serve and follow Christ from a young age. However, my love for science took me into secular academia where I spent 10 years rubbing shoulders with a different perspective of the world. As a Christian, the conflict between these two worldviews continues to fascinate me. I now live in St. Louis, MO, with my wife and 7 children where I teach high school science in the public school and manage an outdoor education facility known as Little Creek Nature Area. I’ve spoken 60+ times on the topics of creation, evolution, science and the Bible in order to challenge believers to think and thinkers to believe.
