Mike Riddle, BS Mathematics, MS Education, Founder and President of The Creation Training Initiative Mike is a former public school teacher, he taught at the Institute for Creation Research graduate school, Northwest Graduate School of the Ministry, and managed worldwide engineer training for U.S. Sprint and Microsoft. He also served as a Captain in the Marines and was a national decathlon champion.
Creation Teacher Training
Session I Friday 6 pm – 9 pm
Session II Saturday 8:30 am – 1:30 pm
Who should attend: Christian school teachers, youth pastors leaders, pastors, parents, or anyone desiring to teach
The goal of this course is to equip Christians with the communication skills and instructional methods to enhance the learning and application of knowledge and promote biblical discipleship based on 2 Timothy 2:2.

Amazing! As the political cartoon by Gary Varvel, showing the inside of an empty cave-tomb with a round rock at the entrance, a blanket on an empty rock bed, with a head-covering folded and words on the wall “GOD’S NOT DEAD,” so scientists are now “discovering” the Bible is correct – and, yes, all will know it always has been correct, totally correct. Eric Metaxas, the author of the recently published book,“Miracles: What They Are, Why They Happen, and How They Can Change Your Life,” gave an interview to the Wall Street Journal – it is outstanding for those who know the true creation history. “Every knee shall bow” (Isaiah 45:23, Philippians 2:10) to the God of the Bible, Christ Jesus, knowing that He has always spoken the truth. Last Month (January) – AzOSA’s Kartchner Tours – Caving Fun!
On Saturday, January 17th and Saturday 24th, AzOSA’s ever-popular “Big Room” tours at Kartchner Caverns were sold out and a hit! Fourteen “cavers” and Jim Clarke (AzOSA’s resident geologist) rode the tram a short distance up the hillside and entered the beautiful underground world of the Big Room. After spending about an hour enjoying the caverns’ incredible formations, Jim and the group gathered at the group picnic ramada for a 20 minute talk about the area’s geology and cave formation.
On January 17th, a couple who was not with our group heard Jim start to speak and joined us for his entire presentation. The couple is shown on the left side of the photo, back row. They said when Jim mentioned the Bible and how it fit into the creation, they just had to stay and listen!
We received several suggestions for field trips and are currently looking into a trip to Antelope Canyon and a half-day raft adventure on the Colorado River from Glen Canyon Dam. If you have any suggestions for other field trips, please email Jim at geology@azosa.org

The trip includes lunch, snacks, and bottled water. We will be traveling on a luxury coach bus complete with DVD screens, large viewing windows, and an on-board restroom. Russ Miller’s Creation vs. Evolution DVDs will be shown during the ride to and from the Grand Canyon. At Grand Canyon’s Desert View, the Watchtower area, we will stop for lunch and an on-the-rim talk by Russ. From Desert View, it is on to Mather Point where you can either ride the bus to Bright Angel Lodge or walk 2.8 miles along the paved rim trail to the Lodge. During the walk, Russ will point out Canyon features and answer questions. We will end up at Bright Angel Lodge where there will be free time to explore the lodge.
